Reading has always been an escape for me. It always gives me something to focus on.I have been spending a lot of time lately with my face buried in the pages of a lot of self-improvement books. I have noticed that reading has been really motivational for me in my journey for self-development. It has decreased my anxiety, decreased my depression, decreased my anger and irritation, and has opened me up to a ton of new coping skills I never would have thought about before.
